Client Policy

Cancellation Policy: To cancel an appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a fee of 50% of the missed appointment. If an appointment is missed without any cancellation notice (No Call/No Show), a fee of 100% of the missed appointment will apply. Additionally, repeated missed appointments may lead to dismissal as a client of Salon Central at our discretion.

A valid credit card must be on file for each appointment, and it will be automatically charged for the specified events. By scheduling an appointment with Salon Central, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Redo/Refund Policy: Guests dissatisfied with services have a 7-day window to file a complaint. Our redo policy does not cover mind changes, peer opinions, or color changes due to a lack of proper home care. If a claim is justified, the guest will be rescheduled within another 7 days with the original stylist or a stylist chosen by the salon.

Refunds are only granted for irreparable hair damage or chemical injury, provided such instances are noted before leaving the salon.

COVID-19 Safety Measures: Our team strictly adheres to state and federal COVID-19 safety regulations. Guests may choose to wear masks in line with CDC guidelines.

We meticulously clean and disinfect equipment and surfaces between each client, which may cause slightly longer wait times. Hand washing and disinfection occur regularly throughout the day and between clients.

Each client is provided with a personal bin containing sanitized tools for their services. After each appointment, all items are disinfected and replaced.

Clients showing signs of COVID-19 or any contagious illness are urged to reschedule for the safety of everyone. Our staff reserves the right to ask symptomatic clients to leave the premises.
